Job Description



The Operations Officer's duties include:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and project work within clearing, loan administration, and treasury operations.
  • Perform reconciliations, transaction processing, and regulatory reporting under MiFID II and EMIR.
  • Handle domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Provide customer support regarding payment status, account queries, and clearing services.
  • Contribute to daily queue management, ensuring incoming messages and payments are formatted correctly.
  • Support the production of management reports and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal Operations Officer candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and is highly organised with a strong eye for detail. They will be working directly in a similar operations role within banking, or have previous experience in this area. Experience with Treasury Products is essential.
