Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects.
  • Implement strategic plans to ensure project success.
  • Manage large teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work complies with quality standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation measures when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or time served within a related field.
  • Be capable of overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • Great ability to manage large teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
