Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations in the Construction department.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes.
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Handle budgeting and resource allocation effectively.
  • Monitor and improve operations productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of property and construction industry standards.
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing a number of staff from Project Managers to Site Managers
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage all aspects of operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
