Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the retail department

  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations
  • Establish positive relationships with team members, providing guidance and feedback

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to implement effective operational policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using business software and systems
