Job Description

As Operations Director, you'll lead key functions across field service engineers, customer service, warehouse and logistics, and project installations. You'll manage a diverse team-service managers, field engineers, call centre staff, and warehouse personnel-ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing service delivery with a strong customer focus
  • Driving inventory and logistics efficiency
  • Ensuring H&S compliance and best practices
  • Leading on-time, on-budget project installations
  • Mentoring managers and building a high-performance culture



You'll work closely with the CEO to manage budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for an experienced Operations Leader with a strong track record-ideally across field service delivery, customer service, project installations, and logistics/warehousing-within a technical, service-driven environment.
