Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage social housing refurbishment schemes, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeframes.
  • Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes, embracing sustainability and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact.
  • Drive business growth and operational efficiency across multiple projects.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver strategic direction to enhance service delivery, while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in the social housing sector, particularly with refurbishment and retrofit schemes.
  • Proven track record in client management and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
