They deal with a variety of projects including warehouse fit-out, office refurbishments and also offer a planned / reactive maintenance service to its client base.They are looking for an experience Operations Director to support the Managing Director with their ambitious growth plans. Must be able to travel to their head office in Milton Keynes a minimum for 4 days / week.Job DescriptionReporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all operations within the organisation to help support their ambitious growth / turnover plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing up to 7 department managers consisting of pre-construction, on-site delivery and back office teams. This includes strategic planning, project execution, resource management, and ensuring the successful delivery of services to meet client and company objectives.
