We are seeking an Operations Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations team. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail oriented and self-motivated. The post holder will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, data management, and process support, contributing directly to the success of the department and the organisation as a whole.

Job Description

  1. Ensure compliance with company policies;
  2. Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed in time;
  3. Responsible for record keeping and report generation;
  4. Determine and execute the critical path for individual transactions and proactively ensuring execution in a timely fashion by all parties involved;
  5. Support relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with our services;
  6. Escalate problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution;
  7. Analyse data spreadsheets to extract relevant information data;
  8. Ensure confidentiality of data.



The Successful Applicant

1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

2. Intermediate Excel skills and willing to learn more

3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

4. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software

6. A proactive approach and ability to work independently
