Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOperational Risk and Resilience ContractorSenior Manager level, global bank.About Our ClientThe employer is a well-established large organisation investment and corporate banking sector.Job DescriptionOperational Risk and Resilience Contractor- Work closely with the Director in implementing the Operational Risk Management framework for the bank's operations in London.- Conduct independent analysis and challenge the outcome of Operational Risk Management tools- Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), Scenario Analysis, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and New Initiative Risk Assessment (NIRA's).- Review and challenge Operational Risk Events (loss, gains and near miss incidents) as reported by the business lines and Corporate Function groups.- Provide oversight, review, and challenge for Risk Acceptances- Communicate/escalate/report on material operational risks, including against established thresholds and operational risk appetite, where appropriate.- Support the development of the Operational Risk Appetite statement and metrics to include obtaining advice and counsel from Enterprise Global Operational Risk.Operational Resilience- Ensure Local methodology and procedure is updated in line with regulatory developments and industry best practice. - Provide feedback and input into Enterprise Framework as required.
