About Our Client
The beauty company in London provide high end cosmetics to customers world wide. A recent merger has meant that they going through a period of growth and will soon need a new office to accommodate their London team. You will manage the running of the office whilst supporting 2 directors.
Job Description
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinating administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on
- Using a range of software packages
- Arrange events for the office to drive a positive culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Event coordination experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Strong communication and people skills
