Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Ensure the office environment is safe and comfortable
  • Plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and staff activities
  • Handle external communications and correspondences on behalf of the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Direct experience in a Membership Body or Charity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager/Coordinator role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
  • Experience with HR and payroll systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
