Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:✔ Handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
✔ Managing emails, documents, and filing systems.
✔ Assisting with office administration such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
✔ Supporting with meeting arrangements.
✔ Liaising with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
