An NPD Project Management role working for a company who specialises in the supply of personal care amenities into the Hotel industry. Working cross functionally with the sourcing team, marketing team, sales team and brand teams to work on the NPD process from concept to launch.The role is available due to growth, the global company has won a number of projects and needs an additional head in the NPD function.

Job Description

  • Managing the NPD function and timeline from concept to launch.
  • Working with manufacturers in Turkey and Greece to perfect samples.
  • Understand the packaging function and its role in the NPD process.
  • Understanding of personal care products e.g. Shampoo, Conditioner, Moisturisers and Bodywashes.
  • 3+ years of NPD experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of NPD experience.
  • Experience working with personal care products.
  • Understanding of the end to end NPD process.
  • Experience working from concept to launch on a personal care product.
