The successful candidate will have a focus on increasing market share and profit growth through driving sales excellence and optimising Keyline as the market-leading civils specialist delivering heavy products and specialist solutions to housebuilders and tier 1 contractors.We are looking for a customer focussed sales leader who has proven sales leadership capabilities in a high-quality environment driving profitable sales performance, improving effective sales processes, systems and ways of working to grow sales capability.The successful candidate will already be working within the B2B construction products supply industry with large customer supply experience into housebuilders and tier 1 contractors.
