  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems in construction projects.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities within the project scope.
  • Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for mechanical components.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and industry standards.
  • Provide support during project negotiations and tender presentations.

A successful Mechanical Estimator should have:
