Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support and execute the Marketing Strategy.

  • Support the coordination and management of global events, webinars and seminars. This involves working with the regional offices to design and distribute the invitations and manage responses for those events. Manage the end-to-end processes for each webinar to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Coordinate the production of all merchandise and marketing collateral, maintaining high standards of produced (traditional and digital) and ensuring the content is regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Assist in the delivery of the the brand's online marketing strategy including website and social channels; maintenance and development to support maximum user engagement.
  • Measure and report on performance of marketing activity
  • Ensure a consistent brand messaging across all platforms, both internally and externally
  • Manage the delivery of Member communications from weekly round-ups, newsletters and business critical updates.
  • Support the coordination of internal communications.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Marketing Executive:

  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in the design and production of digital and print formats
  • Confident in writing copy for a number of mediums.
  • Organised, excellent time management skills and works well under pressure.
  • Understands digital marketing and social media techniques.
  • Confident managing and updating websites, intranet etc.
  • Knowledge and experience of using content management and web analytics.
  • Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as strategic partners and third party agencies.
