We are looking for a diligent Marketing Compliance Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all financial promotions and marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Description

  • Review and approve all marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to guide the development of compliant marketing materials.
  • Review and approve financial promotions, marketing materials and other communications to clients and external distributors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Compliance Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of FCA financial regulations and compliance requirements in relation to financial promotions and client communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and their implications for the business.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and regulators.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and managing compliance risks.
