Job Description

  • Oversee and improve manufacturing processes within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilise industry knowledge to implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams to address and solve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and implement systems that optimise all phases of the production process.
  • Assess and analyse current production methods and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
