They have a strong presence in the UK market and are known for their commitment to quality and exemplary standards in their operations.Job DescriptionProduce accurate profit and loss and balance sheets to tight deadlines, initially responsible for, but not restricted to, the Plant/Operations side of the business.Annual Budget preparationMonthly forecast processDaily reporting & Target trackingResponsible for site revenue accounting and analysisManage cashflow forecasting and reporting to tight deadlinesProduce headcount and payroll reportsHelp maintain all ledgersLiaise with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit completionEnsure all work is completed in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) guidelinesControl Company bank accountsControl expenditure versus budget/forecastVAT and Tax reporting as requiredCreate and maintain Standard Operating ProceduresAction improvements to reporting processes, ensuring dependable and reliable processes are installed and adhered toAssist in the completion of annual stocktakesManufacturing KPI's and Over and Under absorption techniquesComputation Excess and Obsolete inventory provisionAlongside the Quality team monitor Warranty returns and claims, identifying any financial risks to the businessComplete analysis, journal preparation and entry of monthly reportsSupport the annual Standard Costing processFactory Margin reporting within the plantSupports their respective teams to ensure quality objectives are met.Any other duties as may be required in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Company.The Successful ApplicantA successful Management Accountant should have:Professional certification Finalist CIMA / ACCAA good understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.Clear communicatorA high level of Excel Skills required.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000Generous holiday entitlement.Inclusive and supportive company culture.Pension scheme.If you are passionate about Accounting & Finance within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry and enjoy working in a large, progressive organisation, this Management Accountant opportunity could be perfect for you.
