Job Description

Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis

Own the end-to-end management accounts cycle and ensure timely reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls

Assist with group consolidation and intercompany transactions

Collaborate with stakeholders across the group to provide financial insight

Contribute to process improvements and support finance transformation initiatives

Liaise with auditors and assist with year-end reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (newly qualified candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience working within a group structure or across multiple entities
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting systems
