Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and monitoring of budgets across multiple departments.
  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAS, ICAEW or ACA.
  • Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within a not-for-profit or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals.
