As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and support to help drive our manufacturing operations forward. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Job Description

Management Accountant duties will include:

  • Prepare and manage monthly management accounts
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Provide financial insights to operational teams
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives



The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will:

  • Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing
  • Be part qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or QBE
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude
