Job Description

As a management Accountant you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensuring they comply with statutory requirements.
  • Conducting analysis and developing financial strategies to improve company profitability.
  • Assisting in the budgeting process and providing financial forecasts.
  • Managing the company's tax and audit processes.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and improving financial systems and processes within the company.
  • Providing financial advice to the senior management team.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
