We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Management Accountant for a key role within our Accounting & Finance Department. The successful candidate will possess a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity.

Job Description

  • Supervise and manage overall accounting operations.
  • Prepare and support forecasting and annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business unit strategies and area needs. Assist the Finance Business Partner in maintaining budget consistency.
  • Develop and oversee controls, procedures, and documentation for recording fixed assets.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and specialized analyses.
  • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and successful audit outcomes.
  • Conduct strategic data analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring alignment with best practices. Maintain proper documentation for non-system journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for accounting and financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other business management software.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Ability to strategise and solve problems.
