Job Description

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide accurate and useful information for decision-making.
  • Liaise with various departments to gather data and understand business processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for financial planning and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as directed by the senior management team.
  • Review and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
