These products are essential for daily use and include categories such as food and beverages, personal care, household cleaning, and health and wellness items.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.Cost Analysis: Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance and provide explanations for variances.Financial Planning: Assist in the formulation of strategic and long-term business plans.Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain robust internal controls.Advisory Role: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making processes.Project Management: Manage financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditure, project costing, and financial risk assessment.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely provision of required information.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide support as required.The Successful Applicant Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong organisational and time management skills.What's on OfferHours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week,Work Structure: Hybrid - Monday , Wednesday and Friday remote.
