Job Description

  • Delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Participating in the financial planning process
  • Analysing financial performance and making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Working closely with the rest of the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Participating in special projects as required
  • Contributing to the overall success of the Accounting & Finance department in Liverpool

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A relevant degree in finance or accounting
  • Progress towards a professional accounting qualification
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
