Job Description

  • Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance support.
  • Work as part of the Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical faults.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Technician - M&E should have:

  • A strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
  • The ability to provide training and support to less experienced staff members.
