Job Description

  • Oversee daily production activities within the manufacturing department.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and fix faults in machinery.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by maintaining and improving production machinery.
  • Monitor and manage equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to implement the company's policies and goals.
  • Report to the Engineering Manager on production activities and issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Multiskilled Engineer' should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in manufacturing and production processes within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
