Job Description

  • Optimising logistics processes within the company's operations.
  • Analysing current systems and creating new methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing technical support for the logistics team.
  • Developing and implementing efficient logistics strategies.
  • Collaborating with various departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.
  • Evaluating logistics operations with an eye for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintaining communication with staff in the logistics department.
  • Ensuring the quality of all logistics services provided.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics Process Engineer should have:

  • A solid educational background in Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process / logistics engineering within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • WMS experience is an advantage
  • Experience of MTM, Lean, Six sigma is preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
