Job Description

  • Managing the logistics network to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
  • Leading and developing a team of logistics and transport professionals.
  • Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Overseeing inventory management and working closely with internal stakeholders to optimise supply chain performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Analysing performance data and implementing strategic improvements to drive cost savings and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience in process optimisation and cost reduction initiatives.
  • A track record of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to improve operational performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
