They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their logistics team in their central London headquarters.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock levels, and inventory movements.
  • Oversee import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to optimise stock flow and distribution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment statuses and resolve any issues that arise.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel).
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A passion for music and how it is played is a major advantage.
