Job Description

As a Loans Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • The creation and maintenance of templates and practice notes.
  • Drafting client briefings and presenting on webinars and other client facing thought leadership initiatives.
  • Participating in internal education and seminars.
  • Active participation in the group's work with the LMA, working on various LMA projects and documents as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have a detailed understanding of Loan Products especially including Corporate & Investment Grade Lending and Leveraged & Acquisition Finance. Experience at an international law firm.
