My client is a large law firm who are looking for a Legal Secretary based in their Birmingham city centre site.

Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.
  • Preparing and managing legal documents with precision.
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, calls and appointments.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintaining a well-organised filing system for easy document retrieval.
  • Assisting in the preparation of case briefs and legal opinions.
  • Coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • A strong background in secretarial support within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in handling legal documentation and correspondence.
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of discretion for handling confidential information.
