Job Description

As Legal Director, you will be:​



  • Leading banking law matters, including corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.​


  • Providing strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.​


  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the firm's banking law practice.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Director should be:​



  • A solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking law.​


  • Experienced in corporate banking, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.​


  • Proficient in managing complex legal matters and leading client relationships.​


  • Committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.​
