Established over 100 years ago, they have a geographic presence across the globe and are looking to bring someone in to support the international business' legal operations.Job DescriptionSuccessful Legal Counsel will:Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a full suite of commercial contract documents including sale and purchase agreements, master framework agreements, local agreements under MFA, consultancy, agency, distribution, storage, license, IT, flow down, wind down and exit agreements, settlement letters, NDAs, standard terms and conditions.Assist with international legislative and regulatory matters including ESG, IP, info tech and trade compliance laws.Assist with real estate and HR matters.Liaise with full suite of stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Legal Counsel will:be 2-6 year PQEbe commercial and pragmatic in approach to work and ideally have experience from a similar industry although not necessaryhave excellent interpersonal skills.Manufacturing and production or oil and gas experience would be good.What's on OfferYou'll receive a competitive salary along with 20% bonus and other benefits.Really flexible working model from office in W.
