Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.
  • Providing legal support on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration activities.
  • Advising on data protection, employment law, and intellectual property matters.
  • Managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
  • Supporting real estate transactions and property-related legal issues.
  • Collaborating with international teams to ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • Developing and delivering legal training to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring legal developments and advising the business on potential impacts.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE.
  • Experienced in handling commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance matters.
  • Knowledgeable in data protection, employment law, intellectual property, and real estate law.
  • Proficient in managing cross-border legal issues and working with international teams.
  • Able to provide strategic legal advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills.
