Job Description

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing legal support to key product areas and fund transactions including private debt, venture capital, and non-regulated investment vehicles.
  • Advising on relevant financial regulatory requirements
  • General commercial advice as and when needed
  • Conducting training on legal matters for the wider business
  • Managing external counsel

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

  • Qualified in England & Wales with approximately 3+ years' experience post qualification
  • Knowledged on a range of funds products including debt, venture capital, foreign and domestic structures.
  • Experienced dealing with a variety of corporate or fund transactions including managing external counsel
  • Able to commute into the London office 2 days per week
