Prepare bespoke contractual documents as required.Lead insurance renewals, manage claims and due diligence, and implement effective risk management practices. Coordinate early claim notifications and support tax-related submissions to ensure compliance and maximise benefits.Monitor legislative changes and integrate them into internal policies and procedures.Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyright licences, and external licensing arrangements. Liaise with legal specialists to ensure compliance and internal understanding.Provide legal support on project delivery, dispute resolution, and debt recovery.Advise on commercial aspects of project execution and fee strategies.
