Job Description

  • Provide commercial legal advice and support to various business units.
  • Conduct reviews of commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
  • Conduct legal training to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing legal risks within the business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel - Commercial should have:

  • A Qualified Solicitor in the UK or similar jurisdiction.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in commercial and corporate law.
  • Experience working in an in-house environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract review skills.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
