Job Description

  • Providing high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Coordinating and managing schedules, appointments, and international travel.
  • Assisting with the organisation of high profile conferences and events, both nationally and internationally.
  • Preparing and editing correspondences, reports, and presentations.
  • Organising and maintaining files and records for easy accessibility.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Participating in team meetings, taking minutes when necessary.
  • Providing general support to other EAs in the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior EA should have:

  • A solid background in administrative roles, preferably within the Not For Profit industry.
  • Experience in conference and events planning.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
