Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsGreat OpportunityImmediate StartAbout Our ClientYou will be working for a Government Organisation based in Central London.Job Description The key duties of this role are as followed:Process and requests (e.g. loan and deposit applications) in accordance with the relevant internal controls and the terms of the facilityProcess the premature repayment of loans ensuring that the settlement of funds is completed timelyRespond to all queries received from stakeholders in a timely mannerProduce reports (and statistics) for internal and external stakeholders (including Senior Management)Support the wider team regarding policy issuesPrepare materials and help facilitate relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service requirements are met and to seek and implement process improvements and monitor issues affecting Public Sector financeHelp maintain and update operational procedures as requiredEnsure arrangements for business continuity for critical business processes are understood and kept up to dateContinually seek process improvements and manage operational risk whilst working within the business change management framework to initiate and implement changeThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this position you will have the following:Delivery focused with excellent attention to detailCommunication & Stakeholder management: Collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersPro-active: Identify areas for process improvement, previous business change experience is desirableTime management: Produce detailed and accurate reporting within tight deadlinesClient Service: At least one year's client service experience.
