Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the technology department
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies and processes
  • Demonstrated experience in managing third party vendors in a complex outsourced environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven track record of managing a diverse group of senior stakeholders across multiple locations globally.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate with other department leaders to ensure technology aligns with company goals
  • Ensure system compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Manage technology budgets and timelines
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide training and mentorship to the technology team

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management and operations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, ideally within the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
