As a rapidly growing scale-up business, they are on an exciting journey to revolutionise the battery industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT initiatives at our newly acquired R&D facility in Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Global Head of IT (R&D), you will be the IT Site Lead, partnering with some of the brightest minds in the industry to solve tomorrow's problems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with the R&D function to select and implement application solutions that will drive our business forward.Infrastructure Enhancement: Upgrade and enhance our network infrastructure to ensure it is robust and secure.Stakeholder Management: Engage with business leaders in Engineering and R&D to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Project Delivery: Be responsible for the IT requirements for the R&D labs. Participate in planning, design and execution phases.
