Job Description
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various IP litigation matters.
- Prepare and manage legal documents related to IP cases.
- Advise clients on the legal aspects of IP rights and potential disputes.
- Represent clients in court and in settlement negotiations.
- Keep abreast of developments in IP law to provide the most current advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's IP practice.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IP Litigator should have:
- A practising certificate.
- Proven experience in IP litigation, particularly in the field of soft IP.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.
- Knowledge of the Professional Services industry and its legal requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
