Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth investigations on various matters
  • Compile and present detailed reports based on investigation findings
  • Collaborate with legal team to understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Provide advice and guidance on issues as required
  • Maintain updated knowledge of professional services standards and legal regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple investigations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Managing teams of Contract Lawyers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investigations Associate should have:

  • A current practising certificate
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of investigation disclosure rules
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong relationship building and teamwork skills
