The Investigation and Enforcement Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the wider team at this high profile legal organisation. This role is based in London and is responsible for maintaining high standards of work and confidentiality.
  • Immediate Start 12 month FTC
  • 4 days/month in London

Job Description

  • Support the investigation and enforcement of professional conduct complaints.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and manage case files and documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to gather information.
  • Assist in the production of reports and briefings for senior staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of investigation and enforcement procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investigation and Enforcement Assistant should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in law, criminology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and investigation procedures.
