Job Description

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise, guide, and mentor an administration assistant.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with the company's sales goals and operational standards.
  • Assign tasks, track performance, and provide feedback to improve team processes and efficiency.



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Use various tools and techniques (e.g., CRM software, cold calling, email campaigns) to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of prospective customers through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Research and identify potential markets for expansion.



Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee and drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead qualification to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to promote repeat
  • business and retention.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to ensure all customer data is accurately entered into the CRM

  • Track and monitor contract performance, identifying opportunities for service improvement or expansion.



Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance analytics, and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to adjust sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and contract renewals to measure success.



Collaboration with Other Teams:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and industry events.
  • Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure customer's technical requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation techniques, sales strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with contract customers and managing long-term business relationships.



Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally with expereience in both services selling and capital equipment.
  • Familiarity with industrial systems or related technologies is highly desirable.
