Job Description

  • Deliver internal audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide expert advise to management on risk management and process improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure internal controls are effective.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Conduct follow-ups on audits to ensure implementation of recommended changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Internal Auditor' should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, ACA or equiv.
  • Experience in internal auditing within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
