An interim Senior HR Advisor is required to join our long standing client in Bromley. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing support to the Human Resources team and managing complex absence management cases and reducing short term sickness for a period of 3 months.

Job Description

  • Handling complex absence management cases and reducing short term sickness
  • Writing polices and dealing with change management
  • Benefit reviews
  • Providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues promptly.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or CIPD Level qualified
  • Extensive experience with absence management.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
